Initiation need not be a burden - it is an indication that you wish to interact
Remember that your moods aren’t predictable, it helps to let people know.
A hectic life creates an unstable environment
This is is not a strict regime
But one you enforce as much as you can
Start small
Like how you get ready for bed
What you do when you get home
Morning routines are key
When there is routine there is less to predict and less to preoccupy thought.
All those little things you do that make you hate yourself
Things that add nothing positive to your existence
They exist only to make you unhappy
Seeking alternative positive fulfilment invites positive self-perception.
To be exhausted from a days work does not mean you should isolate yourself
Being around people who give off positive energy is just as good, if not better
Find balance
Allow yourself to step away when you need to
Make time for yourself but also make time for those you care for.

Remember that you are alone in the moment;
No one to perform for, no one to be conscious of

Love yourself
Care for yourself as you would your own favourite person.
If there’s something you have to deal with, tend to it before you relax
Do not allow yourself to be stuck in situations where you are not happy
If you do not want to talk to someone, don’t
Do step out of your comfort zone - talk to people who interest and respect you
If someone makes you feel negatively, do not talk to that person
Deal with stressors directly and allow yourself to relax when you have done so
Clean your room; go to work; tend to necessities
Relax without such weight on your shoulders, you cannot find peace in chaos.
If you never do it you’ll forever be held back
It’s the hardest one to get through and it’s the one you’ll want to avoid most
But you have to face it
Panic if you have to, break down, accept the pain and then continue
Plan, and stick to it, work towards it
Remove that obstacle as soon as you can
You will already have laid the foundation to create a better life for yourself.
Sometimes you’re not doing what needs to be done and you don’t like your surroundings
Sometimes you have to say you’ll sort it out tomorrow and mean it
You shouldn’t leave it but you also shouldn’t push yourself to breaking point

Allow yourself to make a space for you are not limited

If the task seems too big for you to take on and it overwhelms you
Break it down into smaller steps
Smaller even
Break it down to whatever point you need to make it manageable
Allow yourself to take smalls steps that you can handle and soon enough that task won’t seem to be overshadowing at all.
